It's much to large for her at present but in all fairness I did it without measuring anything. "If I can't cut corners, I just won't do it!" that's my motto.
Thanks to LJ for the donated pillowcase and to Jan for giving me the push to get sewing.
It is the same style as the other two dresses I made, but I added a second pillowcase (cut in half and doubled) as a petticoat, which I think the others could have used.

That's my pillowcase! What a good use it went to. I can hardly believe its awesomeness.
And by the way, I snuggled under a very nice blue-pink-brown quilt last night and marveled again at the fact of Gillespies and Gainses who love me.
I am so impressed with your pillowcase manipulation skillz. I always coveted the awesome pillowcase skirts you had at the ranch. Now I am forced to covet Anna too.
So impressive! I wish I had pillowcase dressmaking skills like you!
I wish I had the ambition to sew. That is so cute.
