it still smells like dog. (that might be psychological, before I knew that the previous owner had a dog, I didn't notice any smell)
I can't believe we are actually homeowners
It's hard to get used to the idea of having two bathrooms.
We painted all yesterday morning, we turned Anna's room from a dark blue-grey into a pleasant sage green with one cream wall
And we turned the master bedroom from a puky brown to a less puky brown with one cream wall.
We are running out of cupboards in the kitchen and are thus looking for a stylish bar/hutch that won't break the bank.
Right now I'm waiting for the Sears guys to come deliver and install the fridge and laundry appliances.
All in all, I'd say we're pretty dang happy.

yay! you are homeowner's that is so exciting! i am happy for you, good luck finding the bathroom box. check out ikea they have cool cheap stuff. i am very jealous by the way! ;)

hooray! cover your entire house in packaging tape, then rip it all up. that should take care of the dog hairs. and keep you busy while waiting.
I can't wait to see pictures! That is so exciting that you are a homeowner. I hope the economy plays in your favor. I love Anna-she is so adorable, (as you already know) She deserved to win that cutest baby (girl) contest.
I am so glad we could get back to Utah just late enough to give you NO help in moving! We would, however, love to come and see the house. Ben promised me some kind of barbecue on your great deck with your new grill.. Seriously, we just want to see you guys. I will call you this week!

ahh toni i don't have your number and i need to call you! we are getting together tomorrow night for haley's shower its wed. at 7:00 at the brick oven i dont know how else to get a hold of you so i hope you get this miss!
