So, here's the latest picture of our little moonunit, some have described it (her/him) as a lima bean or peanut. The head is on your left in the little black area called the sac, the rest of the body follows to the right. I'm on my 11th week and eager to escape this first trimester. We won't know the sex of the baby for another 10 weeks or so but we're looking for some girls names that would compliment the middle name of Lynne, please submit your suggestions.

ps Marci, nothing personal but I can't name my baby after you.

Yeah for Moon Unit!!! S/he does look a bit lit a peanut. I would like to put forth the name "Tiger" as in "Tiger Lynne Gaines". I think it has a great rhythm.
Or Winnifred - Winnie Lynn
What? It's like you think the first thing I was thinking while reading your post was "Marci Lynne is a nice name." Pshaw. But maybe you should still think about it...
Okay. Fine. You know me creepily well.
I do like Jan's suggestion for Tiger Lynne. That's cute! I would come visit if you named your child Tiger.
you don't think there would be a problem with Toni and Tiger together?
I think you should stick with Moon Unit..I didn't know there was an option for something else! I think thats a beautiful name, Moon Unit Lynne Gaines.
My suggestion is the perennial favorite Madigan Lynne or Maddie Lynne but then again it sounds an awful lot like Madeline and I don't really like that as much. Forget my suggestions.
I'm not trying to be offensive, but I actually like Madeline. The problem is that my friend Christopher has already reserved Madeline for his first daughter and I think he'd kill me if I took it.
How about Magdelena?
I really like Moshoeshoe, pronounced Mu-shua-shua. It comes from a famous king of the Lesetho people around the turn of the century.
Melba! or Malinda or Gladys or Ruth or Edna. My great grandma's name was Alpha, that's a good one. Naoma, or my personal favorite, Camille! or Nadine or Martha. or Ida! Marian, or Frannie, or Glenna. Or also, Marvin O'Gravel Balloonface! It's sort of like moonunit, if you think about it.
Toni, you are pretty grainy. Have you seen yourself in a mirror, lately?
Tiger is a boys name.
How about Caitlin? Caitlin Lynne Gaines. You could refer to her as Kate Caitlin Lynne Gaines gains.
I really like that Camille suggested "Marvin O'Gravel Balloonface." She truly is an honorary Gillespie.
I think the camille post might have actually been beetle
