I started running in June, I downloaded a Couch-to-5K app that tells you when to run and when to walk. I ran every night after bedtime that I could for a solid month. I gradually worked up from running in 60 second intervals. My last run was running in 5 minute intervals, I did that a few days ago. My next workout I am supposed to run for 22 minutes solid. I am putting that off as long as I can conceivably do so.

Are you planning on running a 5K?
I am proud of and disgusted by this accomplishment. Also, it goes from 5 to 22 minutes? That doesn't sound like a very good plan.
Marci, thank you for that observation. The workout AFTER that goes back to like 7 minutes.
I did it! I ran for 20 something minutes, 2 miles!
